Normally I would say they shouldn't charge extra for a touchup for say, coming in at 16 weeks instead of 8. But 29 weeks is a WHOOOOOOOOOOOLE lotta new growth, so I think it is reasonable in this case.
Overlapping is not a joke. I would advise you to give Marcia a shot.
