Hello ladies. It's been a while since I have been on the forum. I moved recently and I am in need of a good stylist for relaxer touch-ups, occasional color and cuts. I am having a hard time finding someone I like and who is a good stylist (into healthy hair care, knowledgable, not scizzor happy etc.) I prefer Design Essentials Relaxers for my hair type. Does anyone have any recommendations for a stylist in or near the Annapolis, MD area?
If need be, I would consider salons in D.C., or Columbia, MD as well.
