Amla oil users...

How much amla oil to u put i ur hair? Do u saturate ur hair w/the oil?

I use Dabur. I just put a light layer on after I was, then lightly after that.

I use the Amla oil for pre-poos only and I saturate the hair and place a plastic cap over my head for about 30 min to an hour. I use just a little of the Vatika oil for everyday use.
