I'm going to straighten my hair soon. So I bought

Chi infra treatment thermal protection

Apohgee green tea

John frieda thermal serum....

Are these too many products?? I may be getting a lil paranoid about heat damage :look:

I remember reading a blog post by :curtain: :hide: ::whisper:: moptop maven :duck: :armyhat: and she used a lot of stuff in her hair when she would straighten it. I haven't read a lot of her blog so I'm not sure of her hair type but it seems as though she has medium to coarse strands so all the product didn't weigh her hair down or anything. It won't hurt to try and if your hair feels coated and/or heavy try and find lighter options or eliminate a product.

That's a bit much I think the last two products are enough. But I don't know ish about straightning hair just make sure you take pics, lol.

Thanks so much ladies

Hopefully my hair won't end up looking a greasy mess lol

I've used a couple of those product to achieve straight hair. I deep condition overnight (and if using a lot of oils) I shampoo with the Chi Moisturizing Treatment and then follow up with the Infra Thermal protection. Blow Dry with Aphogee Green Tea or Nioxin Thermal Bliss and add serum or oil before wrapping.
