Does anyone know of another alternative supplement for MSM that I could take? I just finished my 3rd consecutive month and I'm not going to take any for about two months. I read somewhere that you should take a break from taking MSM to balance the levels of it in your body because high levels can become toxic. In the meantime though there must be somthing else that I can take. I'm sure one you guys know of something.

Slowly, but surely

According to what I've read MSM is extremely safe & about as toxic as water. I don't know of any alternatives. Take a look at this link and scroll down to the toxic levels area.

As far as I know MSM is very safe.

MSM is water-soluble. It does not build up in your body. Your best alternative to MSM is NAC. The sulfur content in it is actually much higher and you can take this with food if you like. It's an altered version of l-cysteine.
