May I ask what made you decide to stop using chemicals?

Nothing bad. Chemicals are fine for others, I just don't want to be dependent on them anymore, and I DO NOT want to have thin limp hair for the rest of my life either.
 
I wish you the best. I made that same decision over three years ago and I haven't regretted it. Good luck and keep us posted on how it's going!
 
Wow...Congratulations, and I remember feeling the same way about 10 years ago. At least you have LHCF to turn to for support. I wish you the best!
