Is there anyway i can prevent breakage when taking braids down because i would like to use cornrow magic because my friend uses it and his hair is so neat and shiny in his braids but he says his hair always breaks alot when he takes his hair down. I dont believe thats naturally shed hair because in each section he combs out a handful and I would think he'd have a big bald spot. lol@this big run on sentence

Does he get his hair braided tightly? I'm asking this question cause with tight braids, you will lose a lot of hair when taking it out. Moisturising the hair whist in braids also prevents hair from breaking when taking it out.
That's my 2 cents!

its simple...stop using cornrow magic..i dont know what is up with this product because it does what it says but..its causes a lot of breakage.....trust me on this....its the product

I didn't get any breakage when I took my braids down and I had my individual braids in for 11 weeks. It took me 3 days to take them, because I wanted to take my time. After taking out each braids, I finger-comb the section from the roots to the tips.
