I recently purchased Natural Brand Aloe Vera Gel. The bottle say to refrigerate. Do you ladies keep your aloe vera refrigerated? Do you apply it only to the scalp or all over your hair? Do you mix it with anything?

No, my bottle does not need refrigeration. However, I would follow whatever directions are listed on yours. Some require it and other don't.

I use my aloe vera as hair gel. I do not mix it with any other products, however some of the other ladies do. Hopefully they will chime in with their mixtures!

I keep my Aloe Vera gel refrigerated. I only use it after I self-relax. I mix the Aloe Vera gel with Garlic oil and apply it to my scalp over night. This has significantly reduced my post relaxer shedding.
