Almost five months BC!

So I bc to this fade type thing at the beginning of April, and boy let me tell you. It has been a learning experience. I've received criticisms from myself and others as well as praises. Being natural has taught me more about myself than I ever thought possible. So here is an update



So this one is like a few days after the barber



Right before my birthday





My birthday April 29



This was in May!



Early june I tried these two strands. It took ten hours to do by myself. Everyone assumed I was getting dreads



About a month ago



This was like two weeks ago

I know its all jumbled up I did this from my phone I'm fixing it asap. And I plan on doing better documentation. When I first cut my hair I had about a half an inch so I'm very pleased with how its working out!

Lilmama1011 So far! My natural hair is a lot more resilient than my relaxed/texlaxed hair was! I can't wait until I come back showing 6 months, or even a year!

Lol when i first got it cut a bunch of my friends thought that the pictures that I posted where just really tight ponytails!
Thank you so much though! I was always scared to cut my hair because i didn't think I would be cute . My little brother walking around calling me a boy didn't help. My hair helped me realize that your not cute becuase of how your hair looks. It helps.... but it isnt everything!

Yeah didn't have much of a choice. I'm a weave nazi when it comes to my own hair lol. I'm really focusing on enjoying my hair at all phases

You can make yourself a small headband with a smaller version of that bow glued to the headband on that side. If u don't mind cutting up the bow you already have you can use that material to make your smaller bow. If you use a fabric/stretchy headband u could see the bow on instead of hot glueing or super gluing.
