Allergy to supplements?

I think I've had an allergic reaction to my MSM that I started taking last month 1000mg per day, one tablet, this never happened with my old brand I took for a few months last year). I've had a terrible skin rash like eczema, my doctor says I ahould stop taking it to see if it clears up.

Anyone get allergic reactions from supplements or hair products?

A lot of people including myself get breakouts from biotin and MSM. When I stopped taking them my skin cleared up. Others recommended increasing water intake but that didn't work for me so I stopped taking them.
