I bought biotin the other day and within 5 days my eczema (I have NEVER been able to spell it right, so if it's wrong please forgive me) started to clear up really fast. It has to be the biotin...

So now I'm thinking about taking suppplements specifically for hair and skin, because I have only been taking a multi before.

I know there's msm, evening primrose oil... what else is there?
 
silica is great for hair, I use 500mg from PP
and...hydrolyzed collagen for skin
 
Iron and Zinc is really good too. Iron helps with the blood flow and getting oxygen in your blood stream which in turn promotes hair growth. Not sure about the zinc but I read that in the UBH book by kathy Howsten (I think that's her name).
