I have been taking the GNC Womens Ultra Mega for a while. It was strong for me. I had to start with half a pill and then work my way up to recommended dosage. I have not tried Alive. From the looks of things you can't go wrong either way. What is the price for the Alive supps?

I tried the Alive vitamins awhile back and I liked them. I think their is more ingredients listed in the Alive, but why do you want to take these vitamins. Is it for hair growth, health, etc?

I've been using the Alive brand for years. It is whole food based. I haven't shopped at GNC for vitamins in years. I'd choose between the New Chapter brand and Alive brand. Both are whole food based.
