How do you differerentiate protein condish from dee condish and can someone you list them. Also I need to find a good moisturizer...

I use coconut oil to moisturize. But there are lots of good moisturizers out there, it just depends on your needs. If the search isn't working you can search on google (ex: moisturizer site: longhaircareforum.com) and it will search this site and pull up threads.
Lately Hawaiian Silky 14n1 has gotten really good reviews along with products from Hairveda and SheScentIt.
