I use a Turbie Twist. Never would I let my hair just airdry out again. It doesn't work for me. It wasn't until I started using the Turbie Twist that life became much easier. I'm natural and it stretches out my hair a bit. My hair dries much faster as well. Might be drying for some but works wonders for me.

Air drying is my friend. I use a water based moisturizer, usually Infusium 23, Cantu, etc. I then seal with oil and let air dry about 80% before bunning it or twisting it. I tie it down with a silk scarf. Works wonders every time.

SCARF!!! Put on a scarf ( preferably silk) and tie it nice and tight. I oil my roots first. Leave the scarf on for a n hour or so and when you take it off, silky roots! I just discovered this and its going to be the thing that saves my hair because it allows me to not have to straighten... I already see a huge improvement in my hair
