I apply spray leave in and serum to wet hair and moisturizers and oil to dry hair.

after washing, do you apply moisturizer when wet or dry?

When it's wet/damp and it's a cream (Abba Nourishing Leave In, Kiehls Leave In, or Terax Botanicals Leave In). I then seal it with an oil (castor being my new favorite)--rollerset let it airdry for about 10-15 min and then sit under my Pibbs for another 20-30 minutes.
