Has anyone ever used this product to refresh their highlights? Is it light a clear shine coat like sebastians colorshines? I was wondering because if it was, it's much cheaper than any other I'd ever seen. I wonder if the results are similiar

Yes I have in Walgreens, but I wouldn't try it because I am not trying to color my hair, and I have a feeling, that if you let a professional do it, they are going to perm your hair, and apply the highlights
