Affirm Fiberguard

Well ladies I did it this morning. I went to a stylist and he used the Affirm Fiberguard Relaxer on me. I love the results. He said I have very soft curly hair that was very fine but with lots of strands. He said that because it was so fine that if it breaks it would show up very easy. He didn't have to cut much off either. The wind was blowing and let me say my hair was really moving. LOL
My boyfriend had a big smile on his face. He wanted me to get it relaxed so bad but tried not to show it. My co-workers couldn't close their mouths. When I picked up my son he asked, what happen to your hair. (He's 4) Once I remember how to share my new album on yahoo everyone will see the pictures my little man took of Mommy.
Again, thanks for the support...

Well, I just got it this morning but so far yes.
My last touch-up was back in Sept and I did it.
It feels much better this time.

Wow! That's a great touchup experience. Your hair sounds like mine (fine strands, thick density) except my curls are hard to straighten and my stylist complains. GREAT feedback from your stylist by the way. September to now is such a long time to hold out -- I'm surprised that he didn't gripe about all the new growth. Congratulations!

Your hair looks nice. I am currently using affirm fiber for sensitive scalp which is no lye. I will be switching to regular fiber with lye at my next touch up. I am 8 wks post relaxer. Trying to stretch it out.

Pebbles & Brickhouse thanks for the kind words.
Megonw, he didn't need to say anything. I'm very Tender-Headed and when he started parting I was mad at myself. He didn't have to say a word. LOL
