Beautiful! You could probably do it with manic panic but you would have to lighten your hair slightly.

This is doable without bleach. I dyed my black hair a lighter color than this without bleach. I think you could even do this color with henna (I have not used henna yet however so don't hold me to that )

I tried without bleach and it came out looking jet black. Very very dark.
