Adding msm to shampoo & conditioner

are any of you doing this? If so, what does it do for the hair? I have a bottle of msm that I would like to use up b/c I just could not tolerate the taste.

I have a recipe for MSM condish in the recipe journal in my fotki.

It works well in conditioner -your scalp/blood stream can get some of it this way but not enough to trigger negative effects and it's great for the hair. Leave it supple, shiny, and detangled.

I haven't tried it in shampoo before. I'd imagine it would work just as well.

You can purchase it at walmart, vitamin shoppe, whole foods, wild oats, basically any place that sells vitamins/supplements should also sell msm powder.
