ACV RINSES

I do mine every 2 weeks. I don't know if that's good or bad. I haven't experienced any ill results from it.

I use mine almost every wash, 3 to 7 times a week. My hair loves CO washes, so I need to be careful of conditioner build-up. It's only about 2-3 tablespoons per 40-ish ounces. I rinse just before applying conditioner. It helps clear build-up and softens my hair. I find I need very infrequent (and drying) clarifying shampoos because of it.

I just started doing mine once a month also. I guess I 'll have to wait to see the effects. My sister does it and loves it so I figured I'd give it a try also

What exactly do they do?
You'd have to ask that question. I believe that it clarifies, but also seals the cuticle or something like that. I ACV rinse every shampoo, once a week, and I don't rinse it out. I use it after rinsing out my conditioner. I've found that it has cut down on dandruff. I love it! It also makes my hair shiny.

Good answer Imani. It also acts as an antiseptic cleansing germs from your scalp and hair.
