please let me Know before i cause some major damage to my head

I've started back to acv rinsing my twists but i plan to use kenra clarifying shampoo (tonight when i co wash lol) but will i still need to if my last 2 cowashs have been done with acv rinses?

I am going to say yes, I do either but not both but acv is suppose to be really good so it might not hurt to do both
