Would someone please post the recipe for this rinse? I just picked up some apple cider vinegar and I'd like to try this rinse when I next wash my hair.

Thanks!

You kind of have to find a mix that works for you. My hair responds better with 1 tablespoon to a quart of water(I use distilled water). If I use too much ACV it makes my hair hard. I know others who use more. Start out with a little then increase it till you get the results you want.

Sweetcocoa is right. You have to find a mix that works for you. I use 4 ounces of acv and 28 ounces of warm water (to total one quart). I was always told to start out with a little then increase it till you get the results you want. HTH.

Thanks Allandra and Sweetcocoa! I'll give it a try during my next wash! /images/graemlins/grin.gif
