I like the way it makes my hair shine....removes buildup(I'd rather do this then use a clarigying shampoo). Ir smooths the cuticle....just be sure to mix it with water
NOT straight! I remember someone did this and ended up with dry hair. I had to find my own ratio(1/8 cup to a quart of water) and I like to do mine sometimes before I condition.
