TRANSITION OVER! 11-22-14
I was so bummed about my hair because it looked damaged due to my permanent color fiasco. I was checking out you tube and came across an ACV rinse video. It was from Curly Chronicles. Everyone else used baking soda and ACV together. I know from past experiences that baking soda loosens my curl pattern. :nono: I mixed 2 parts water to one part ACV and did a mini hair massage. I saw my curls appearing right before my eyes. I was so happy!:cloud9: I am so :cupidarrow: with my hair again!:yep: Can someone please tell me how often you can use ACV rinses? I'm working on using this forever if it won't harm my hair!

OP I'm glad ACV came through for you BUT I think you may want to dilute your mixture a lot more in the future to prevent your hair from seizing up and drying out.

How much should I dilute it, to? I thought I diluted it properly. I'd like to continue ACV rinses.:yep:

I usually use 1 to 2 tbsp. to 16 oz. of water for a regular ACV rinse after I DC.

How did your hair feel afterwards? I still remember my first experience a few years ago when I was natural and I didn't dilute the mixture well enough and my hair was tight and matted. It took a while for it to feel "right" again.
