? about deep conditioning w/ hot towel

do you re heat the towel during the treatment?

I use a turban that i got from walgreens. I wet it, wring it out and place in the mircowave for 30 sec-1min. then i place it on my head and put a plastic bag over it.

Sometimes i do it once---sometimes i'll heat it again----just depends on how long i am steaming/DCing
