Why not try the Search link?
I know; I know. It's rather labor-intensive to run through all of those posts and threads, and so it's easier to simply post and get a question answered. I hear you; I do it myself from time to time.
Having said the aforementioned, by entering a key word into the Search, one can call up some amazing posts from past days, weeks and months. Just last evening, I entered into the Search "protein", which produced maybe 200 or so posts/threads. The evening prior, I entered "breakage", and once again, located informative and helpful posts.
Searching allows me to re-visit threads from the past, especially those I may have missed for one reason or another.
So, whenever you have a basic question, re: breakage, protein, a product, try the Search button. You may just locate the answer that you were searching for.
