I have a thought about this but I'm not really sure.

If your unable to get your answer on this forum you might want to contact a merchant that sells them. If you end up going that route please share what you find out. I'd like to know for sure myself.

I've never heard of a hair steamer, either, unless you're talking about the Curoso (sp?) steam curlers. What is it supposed to do???

How is your steaming going SpaGirl? Are you still doing it twice a week? Still getting good results? Any increase in growth and or decrease in dryness, breakage or split ends? Please give us an update!

A brief overview is that the steamer is supposed to help the conditioner to get down deeper in the the hair shaft and thus optimizing the effectiveness of the conditioner.

Thanks, Cat Eyed Cutie. That definitely sounds interesting. If they were cheaper, I'd take the plunge w/o hesitation.

It's been awhile since I've had a treatment (none this year). I never got to doing it 2x per week (that was my previous plan if I had purchased one). I do plan to start getting them again to continue my experiments to justify purchasing one in the future.
