do evening primrose oil and flaxseed oil benefit the hair in any way??

Internally or externally? I have heard of internal benefits like softer, moisturized new growth.

Externally, the work the same as any other oil. They lubricate the hair shaft.

oh okay...so theres no helping with growth like rosemary oil, or anything like that??
