Hi Ladies!

Just wanted to ask LHCF ladies for some advice  as we always do… :look:
Umm… has anyone danced for their significant other. .. at home?:look:

If so can you give me some tips :look: e.g. what song/music you picked, what you wore

And nope… I am just asking.. :sekret:… really… :look:

I am asking for a friend:grin:
If you dont feel comfortable replying in the thread you can PM me :sekret:

LOL @ all the :sekret:

Yes I did it ONCE but I tell you, that is one time he still talks about :lachen:

It was about 2 years ago and I took a class at this sports club. I knew he liked this one particular song at the moment (It was that 50 cent/Justin Timberlake song, Ayo Technology) so I already knew I would dance to that. Since I like to dance and choreograph anyway, I took some time while he wasn't home to work out a "routine" so that I didn't have to freestyle for 4 minutes.

There was this store in the mall that had provocative lingerie and whatnot, so I got this lace bikini top with matching thong, thigh highs and garter belt. It was one size fits all though so it was kinda snug! I'd suggest something you are comfortable in.

It was his birthday and when we got home from dinner I had to get up the nerve to do it (some Bacardi helped :giggle:) Once it was over though, he was happy, I was happy and we had a great night!!

Tell your "friend" good luck and have fun!

If you want to get some tips, this exotic dance fitness studio has online classes you can access via internet.http://www.bodytalkllc.com/online_classes.html $10 each for 7 day access. (I've gone to 3 classes at this studio)

Here are 2 class descriptions:
Exotic Moves (Basic)- 30-minute fitness workout, includes warm-up, cardio, muscle toning exercises, exotic dance core moves and a cool down consisting of a sexy floor/chair routine.
Exotic Moves (Intermediate)- 30- minute fitness workout, includes everything from the Basic Exotic Moves class, but at this level you should know all of the core moves. This class will take you to the next level teaching you intermediate dance moves to incorporate into a sexy routine.

Seems like with 7 day access to the videos you could practice quite a few times, which may help with some of the jitters. Like Eclass, I think some "liquid courage" might be in order for the night of the performance, too. :giggle:

Good luck.

something I just thought about that is a lil interesting....not really that interesting though, makes sense of how everything in my life flows

whenever I get into my own flow into myself and just dance around im in my own world and there is no thinking about anything..just being sexy and feeling it and mind you it didnt matter if i was all jerky or lookin crazy or anything, i was just movin..if a man happens to be in the room with me, he just gets invited into the world im in he gets caught up too and we have a really nice time together...

however a couple times when I tried to dance for a man or emulate some specific type of dancing he likes i tended to get self conscious and nervous and im not into the energy...my ex really liked that winding type of dancing so we would work on me trying to dance a certain way and i would just feel crazy....it was still fun though and a different experience of myself mainly because he was into me so it didn't matter what i was doing...

so my advice to women is to get into yourself...feel yourself and then share yourself with your man vs trying to get a man to be into you in order for you to feel yourself

men melt into a woman in her energy..feminine draws the masculine in, be feminine first in urself.....show him u admire urself, feel sexy within urself, exude confidence and use that energy to draw him into u...let him respond and attract to that and then you respond to him and now we have a natural flow of each other going on

if he's really feeling you it wont matter one way or the other what u do...hes gonna think everything u do is great and be happy with whats goin on...

Ladies

Thanks for your advice. It was great!

Started out a bit shy but then I just said what the h***! And had fun!

And umm... didnt get to the end of the dance :spinning:

Hmmm... was trying to work my way to do this too... can you PM me details? Song, attire, how you learned to dance/or if you already have before?

I've been eyeballing that flirty girl fitness...

I've done it a few times, but I want to get into it more....

I feel so self-conscious and offbeat.. but DH always loves it... I have a million videos... S Factor, Strip to It, Carmen Electra and I used to own "I Wanna Strip for my Man but I don't know how" ... taught me to booty pop

For my friend's bachelorette party we had a class. I learned that props like a fedora or a loosely tied necktie help give you creative things to do. The man that marries me will be a lucky son of a gun.
