Hello all. I can't believe that it's been over a year since the last time I posted. It's been a long year with many ups and downs and in the process my hair regimine fell by the wayside. 
Now that things have settled down a bit it's time that I get on the ball and begin anew. At the end of August I had 2-3 inches cut and it's been growing nicely since then. I can really tell a difference in the texture of my new growth since I haven't been taking biotin and MSM. Not happy about that. 
I've updated my journal and album if anyone wants to see the few pictures I've taken since last year. Anyway, I just wanted to pop my head back in and say hi. Happy Hair Growing.
