I started braiding my hair to keep it detangled while shampooing and conditioning. However, I’m having a difficult time keeping all six braids intact during the rinsing processes (half of them unravel :ohwell: ). Does any one have any tips or tricks for this method, or is this fairly common and I should just learn to live with it?

Thanks in advance, Ladies!!! :)

I put scrunchies or small silk or satin bands loosely on the ends just to hold them together. Then I slide them off wash, condition, rinse, rebraid and put them right back on. HTH Q

Thanks, Queeny. :) I'll try securing the ends until the last second!!!
