A Little Help From My Friends

Hello, my sisters(OMG, I think this is my first thread after all this time as a lurker and a member!) ! I have a friend whose hair is probably 2c/3a, and she just had her mother cut her hair super-short. I told her that I would research as much as I could on what products she could use to make her curls pop, but I have no idea, so I look to you to help me advise her on what will help her get the look she wants (pretty much making curls out of waves and not feeling like the flat-iron is her only friend). TIA, ladies!

yep, i agree-- a curl activator and scrunching the hair as it drys (or is blow dried)
