A good protein conditioner

Now that I've been enlightened about the different types of protein. (thanks supergirl) I now have a question about the names of protein conditioners.

KERATIN PROTEIN STRENGTHENS THE OUTER LAYER OF HAIR.
What products contain Keratin Protein?

HYDROYLZED KERATIN PROTEIN or KERATIN AMINO ACIDS STRENGTHENS ALL THREE LAYERS.
What products contain Hydroylzed Keratin Protein or Keratin Amino Acids?

HYDROYLZED HUMAN HAIR KERATIN IS THE BEST MATCH FOR HAIR
What products contain Hydroylzed Human Hair Keratin?

Its a lot more protein types such as wheat protein, animal , vegetable......

PLEASE SHARE WITH ME THE NAME OF THE PROTEIN CONDITIONER YOU USE AND THE TYPE OF PROTEIN IT CONTAINS.

THANKS

I use Aphogee 2 Minute Reconstructor. It has hydrolyzed keratin and hydrolyzed vegetable protein. I attached a pic. HTH

I feel so special you taking out time to help me like this. Never tried Aubreys although I see it at the health food store. Hmmm
I've tried kerapix in the past, that was before the boards. Hmmm
Been eyeing the Emergencee. Thank you for all your help

Ok I think I have to go beyond the BSS. I never ever heard of these products. Sound like some good stuff too!
Please tell me where I can find Protein RX, Hair Strengther, and Damage Remedy
Thank you

I use the Nexxus KeraPHix for a protien conditioner.

I use Doo Gro Leave-In Growth Treatment, for a protein leave-in
Ingredients:Water (Aqua), Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Polyquaternium 11, Propylene Glycol, Quaternium 33 and Ethyl Hexanediol, Polysorbate 20, PEG 75 Lanolin, Isostearamidopropyl Morpholine Lactate, Propylene Glycol and Diazolidinyl Urea and Methylparaben and Propylparaben, Sodium E.D.T.A., Fragrance (Parfum), Cherry Bark, Chamomile, Neutral Henna, Goldenseal, Calendula, Hops, Horsetail Plant Extract.

You can find the Protein RX @ Sephora. I ordered the Hair strengthener from www.komazacare.com, it's very good and extremely strong. It really makes your hair hard so it's important to use a moisturizing conditioner afterwards. I bought the Damage Remedy IRT by Aveda in a beauty salon that used all Aveda products.

i use ION RECONSTRUCTOR......and ION PROTEIN REBUILDER..one has animal...and the other has keratin. cant remember. Someone can confirm that. I also like TIGI DUMB BLONDE...which has hydrolyzed keratin i believe.

umm i thought keraphix had keratin in it?....did i skip reading it?..if not then whats the protein in it?...the collagen?

Hmmm.....here's something directly from the Nexxus.com website:

KerapHix

restorative protein crème reconstructor

Dry, brittle, over-relaxed, and completely wrecked hair can’t help but soften up when faced with KERApHix’s restorative and nurturing ingredients. It may be ultra gentle to your hair but it’s unrelentingly tough on damage.

Thanks poochie
I got an idea. I have a lot of room on my fotki and I'm going to add a product review album. I will include pic, description and ingredients and ask ladies who have used the products to give their opinion on the product. I'm loving the information you ladies have given me and I need to keep up with it.

You are so welcome, friend...the instructions on the Aubrey GPB indicate that you can use it as a pre-poo or a deep condish....this is some good stuff...I just took another look at your siggy and you have very pretty hair...I don't think it warrants the hard stuff (emergencee') ....

So nice of you to say. Your hair is beautiful and healthy too!

This is a good thread OP because I'm getting ready to start using heat on my hair, I have to use protein now. I don't find it necessary when I'm just washing and air drying.

This is a very timely thread for me.

I have Millcreek Keratin, I think I'll use as a prepoo, followed by a moisture DC before I do my blow-out / flat iron job.
