A Good Hair vitamin Without Iodine...

Hi Ladies, This is my formal introduction.. I wanted to know does anyone know a good vitamin without Iodine. Every vitamin I've tried with Iodine has caused breakouts (acne). I was using Gnc Women's ultra mega without Iron and Iodine, but they give me headaches. So now I'm taking Dr. Murad pure skin supplements Pretty pricey..anyone with any suggestions

I take a hair vitamin called Supreme Vital Hair by LifeTime and it's good and doesn't have iodine in it.
