A first for me.

For the past few days this week I have not been wearing a head wrap or phony pony. I'm wearing two smallish buns on my head and lots of people have been commenting how shiny and healthy my hair looks.

And an LCHF first, a girl stopped me on the street on my way to work yesterday to ask what I use in my hair to make it shiny.

I'm SO excited.
