5 Minute Co Wash

Last Night I didnt have the time to do a co wash, so I just took my bun down and put my head in the sink and rinsed only the hair in the pony tail and added some generic humetress, rinsed, added little leave-in and sealed with oil. In the morining my ends were soft and I just put it back in a bun and went to work. Saved time and very little manipilation.

Has anyone else done this?

When I am in my daily CO wash phase and dont want to manipulate my hair, I just rinse it still in the ponytail, I apply a little bit of oil and re-bun.

I need to start doing this when I'm pressed for time, normally I just skip the cw altogether if I'm rushing, but I think I handle just rinsing the ponytail.
