Come outs ? Do you use a detangler ? Either I haven't found one that works well or there isn't one that's out there....

What do you all think ????

Some detanglers you may want to try:
Just for me detangler (kiddie product)
Babylove detangler (kiddie product)
paul mitchell detangler
biolage detangler
Aussie slip

I dont use them anymore but I really like the ones made for children. plus they are also inexpensive.

Otherwise If detanglers dont work for you you may want to do your detangling after you shampoo while your hair is coated in your regular or deep conditioner after you let it sit for a couple of minutes. then rinse and style as normal.

I just stumbled across the realization that if I used a detangler, my life would be a lot easier. I bought some Just for Me the other week, and so far so good. It makes the comb outs a LOT more tolerable. I can even comb my dry hair through if I spray with it first.

When I wash my hair, I put AO GPB on my hair. 10 minutes later, I add biotera detangler to my hair and begin detangling. These two conditioners make detangling so much easier.

To make detangling easier these are my ESSENTIALS:

1. Wash/Condition hair in sections
2. Add LOTS of Creme of Nature Nourishing conditioner
3. Use K-Cutter comb
4. Detangle hair while it is full of conditioner and in the shower one section at a time.

I probably go through one-fourth of a bottle of conditioner every time I wash my hair.

Leaving conditioner in for 5 minutes (like most bottles say) is a waste of my time. I don't know who those instructions are for!!

First, I put my hair in sections. I put on some conditioner and use my fingers to detangle. Then I use my Aveda Styling brush or a wide-tooth comb and get the rest of the tangles out I usually let the condition sit on my head for a while before I do all this also. That softens the hair making it easier to comb through.

I agree w/ nay the best way to detangle is to avoid tangles in the 1st place
remove obvious tangles b4 wash
wash in sections in one direction
rinse in one direction
add detangler let it sit
detangle w/ large tooth comb

I dont detangle until after I have shampood my hair, rinsed it and section it with shea butter. Then a comb goes through easily and the only hair I lose is shed hair.

It's also best to keep up grooming on your hair, every day, to avoid naps on the ends. Spray your har generously with your favorite fortifying spray (my favorite is Keystone Lab's Braid Spray). If you're consistent, fall aways will slip right off your hair, without combing.

Sally beauty supply carries them:

Denman also sells them on their own site.

I own the D4 and the Denman paddle brush. I love my D4. It's an awesome detangler.
