My regimen changes every now and then... but i'm still very low maintenance.

I still cowash but not everyday, more like 3 times a week

Oils are still my lover. olive, coconut, sunflower, glycerin.

Still grease my scalp with Mimosa Hair Honey (i think that's the name) by Carol's Daughter. I don't have a dry scalp, i just find that it's easier to part my new growth with my scalp is greased up.

I texlax every 10 - 16 weeks.

I've added the NTM line. Thanks Sylver2!

I rarely use heat. Less than once a month.

I stay on top of my vitamin reggie and I contribute my overall hair health to me working out and having a good vitamin regimen
