Even though it's too short of a time to really see any length gain the health of my hair has really changed. THANK YOU SO MUCH guys. =]

My hair was really brittle and hard. I was using curling irons 2-3 times a week and really abusing my hair.

It's not really a good comparison shot since the hair isn't in the same style.

Great job, Mercie!!! I have friends who believe their hair will never get better than your "before" hair. I'll have to show them this. Thanks for the inspiration!

Mercie, I can see thicker hair and healthier strands. I am sure you have gained some length as well!!! Keep it up and I am sure you will achieve your goals.

What's your reggie?

"Focus on health and the length will follow" - it looks like that's what you're doing, and it's working! :yep: Continued success on your HHJ!

Nothing too special.
I just stopped using hot tools.

-Wash every 2 weeks
-Deep condition @ every wash
-Rollerset
-oil scalp when I think it's needed
-moisturize hair and ends when I think it's needed.
*for styling I did bantu-knot outs and used satin rollers

Lately, I've been clipping my hair up too get it off my clothes until it gets past the shoulders.
