No... I do not regret it! Do it! Do it now. See my hair grew right back... it only took 3 months. My hair doesn't grow fast... it grows that average 1/2" per month... I am just able to retain all of it.

The ponytail method for rollersetting and flatironed with CHI.

Never again though... I'm going to get some curlformers
