I eat mostly home cooked meals. I've never been into fast food. I eat a typical Haitian diet (rice, meat, veggies, plantains)

No, I've didn't use growth aids while natural (they are too complicated ). When I first BC'ed I wore mostly wash and goes (I cowashed almost daily). I feel that when it comes to hair simplicity is best.
