I am doing this for the first time this weekend.:) After searching the board, I found out that indian remy is the best hair. However for my first venture I want something less expensive, but decent. I am going for the straight relaxed look. What are some good BSS brands, that don't tangle and shed all that much? I see Urban Beauty and Pink Diamond alot.

Thanks for all of your help!!

What type of hair are u looking for curly/straight/wavy?

When I used BSS hair, Hollywood was my brand of choice. But honestly if you order hair from indianhairs.com it comes out cheaper (per bag) then most BSS brands of the hair. And cheaper than ALL of the BSS hair that is really worth using :D

Hollywood is like 30-40/bag depending on exactly texture and lenght. I can order 1 pound of (14") indian hair for $60 + $40 shipping. That shipping cost in ALOT but even w/that you are still only paying $25/bag.

I am looking for straight hair to begin with.

The curly hair I want to order from Nature Girl.net, but I want some hair to practice with first.

If you are REALLY just experiementing then u may consider doing of the those new aged synthetic types. Like the Janet Hot Stuff. They are only like 7-12/bag.... But on Human Hollywood Yaki used to be my BSS brand of choice...
