1st time sealer...

I just sealed my hair for the first time and would like to know if I did it right.

After doing a co-wash, I moisturized my hair, while still wet, and used olive oil to seal. Is this an ok practice to add to my regime? How often should it be done (I co wash eod). Is olive oil ok for this purpose?

yes you did it right, if you are wearing a wet bun but i wouldnt do that if you are going to be using heat.
olive oil is good(even though my hair hates it), coconut oil is great. and there are many others like avocado, jojoba....

Thanks a million! I'm not currently using any heat on my hair, so I guess I'm good. I just decided to seal at the last minute and used what I had lying around. lol
