during her recent visit here, diva brought me several products that aren't available to the left coast. one of them was this conditioner. i washed my hair this morning and decided to give it a try first...

i absolutely LOVED this conditioner!! and yall know it's been a minute since i've been excited about anything since i found KeraCare Humecto.

before i washed my hair, my scalp was horrible. that required alot of scrubbing with the scalp brush. this always results in tangles when my scalp is that bad. i just knew i'd lose a ton of hair. i didn't!! i barely lost any. i was shocked.

the product smells good, is an excellent detangler, costs probably half the price of a small bottle of Humecto, and my hair was so soft after i towel dried.

ladies, this product is DEFINITELY a keeper! i've already broken the news to diva that she's gonna be my pusher... i mean source... for this product for years to come!!

The 10-en-1 Super Conditioner can be found at most beauty supplies in New York, especially where there is a Spanish population... I get mine from Spanish Harlem... third ave near 104th street. I think someone mentioned getting them online....

natori, i don't know if this can be purchased online. i haven't found a place. maybe someone has posted, but since i've been trying to be good, i try not to pay attention to that. lol!

soulchild, the other Dominican product that she brought me is the 10 en 1 Super Rinse. i haven't tried it yet. once i find something that i like, it takes alot for me to experiment. i might try that one next week though. when i do try it, i'll definitely post my results.

This definitely didn't work on me which kinda makes sense because Keracare Humecto didn't either. Both which agree with your hair Adrienne

You can order it by calling George at Uptown Beauty Supply at 212-987-2480. I've never ordered from him, but Supergirl and Allandra have.

I love the way this conditioner smells, too.

There is an old thread that listed the distributor, Mimor in NJ. I called the number and they have a list of distributors nationwide.

Unfortunately the search engine isn't allowing me to find the thread. It's pretty old.

Yep, I got my first "batch" while in NY, but after that I ordered it from George at Uptown.

I called George and to be honest he was confusing. He kept saying something about a rinse but I was interested in the conditioner. I inquired about shampoo also and it seems he wasn't very knowledgable. Needless to say, I'm not interested in ordering any.

Actually, Natori, they have Miss Key 10 en 1 Rinse as well as the Miss Key 10 en 1 Super Conditioner. Tell him you want the 10 en 1 Super Conditioner. It comes in a jar. Hope this helps.

I can't remember if they have shampoo or not. I don't see why not, but I know people on the boards seem to be raving about the rinse and super conditioner. They aren't very expensive either... wasn't more than $4.99 each for the small conditioner and rinse.... There was a thread in regards to these products and I can't find it with the search engine either....

I used this conditioner for the first time today(thanks to a certain member who turned me into a PJ). The smell of the super conditioner is heavenly. When i put it on my hair my hair felt totally different, very supple. I left it in for about 5 minutes. The comb slipped out of my hair and broke while i was detangling under the shower(yes i'm happy and sad @ the same time). I give this product a 10!

I'd also like to add that i used this product 12 weeks post relaxer and i can comb through the new growth with ease.

Ajamericandiva, I did inquire about the super conditioner. I think I will call back though especially since you told me the price. He mentioned something about a deep conditioner also. I inquired about the shampoo because I would like to use a shampoo and conditioner from the same line. What are the main ingredients in the conditioner? Does it contain protein? Thanks for answering.

I'm assuming that he's referring to the Super Conditioner as the deep conditioner, but do confirm that with him. I have never used it and the containers are not in my possession. I purchased them and took them to the Left Coast. Maybe one of the members that use it can list the ingredients.

I have the 10 en 1 conditioner also but my hair seems to like the Nacidit Olive oil conditioner better
I am ordering a large jar soon.

Natori24 I tried the 1O en 1 shampoo and posted my review.
My hair did not like the shampoo it made my hair hard and dry the shampoo is very harsh.
My hair responded well to to conditioner and rinse provided good slip.
I also ordered from George at Uptown Beauty.

Here are the ingredients to the Super Conditioner (in the jar):

alcohol cetilico, alcohol estearilico, distearoylamidoethyl monium methosulfate, polysorbate 60, behentrimonium methosulfate, pentaerythrityl tetraisostearate, lactamide, hydrolyzed wheat protein, dimethicone, glicerin, propylene glycol, diazolidinyl urea, methyl propyl paraben, ceramide, fragrance, water.

Labett, thanks for giving me a heads up about the shampoo. I searched and found your review. I definitely DO NOT want to try it now. It might make my hair come out if its that harsh.

Keracare Humecto works wonders on my hair and i'm usually reluctant to try anything new, but, I think i'll give George a call and see if he ships to the left coast!

The 10 en 1 super rinse did absolutely nothing for my hair but I will add the Super Conditioner to my To-Try List.
