I know its not much but I am super happy b/c I didn't follow the regimen I made for myself at all. I did however make sure I deep con every two weeks and did a hard protein (aphogee) every now and again. I dusted when I felt I needed too. And I had two major chops within this progess year. One in July and the other this past Feb when I had my stylist cut layers in ( I was sick of all the thin dead ends throughout my hair).

Anyway, this is motivation for me to do better. I am starting the sew-in challange this weekend when I get my tracks installed. I will do this for an entire year hopefully.

Can't find my progress in inches t-shirt. Can anyone guestimate how many inches btween the old and new pic?

Great progress keep up the good work. I'd guess about 4 inches +/-.
