1 year hairversary! with pics. Shoulder length yet?

First three are from November 4th last year. My hair was natural, and I was growing out a faux hawk.

Last few are from this weeks wash and flat iron. I am now relaxed.

Thanks JJamiah! you are totally hair inspiration for me. I love your comments and wisdom. loveafterwar I'm going to look her up. Glad that I can pull off the "thick" look. I haven't heard that since I was a kid. My hair is pretty fine and low density unfortunately. The bangs and cut really help. I will definitely keep trimming my ends with every relaxer.

Mz.MoMo5235 I started this SL2012 challenge thinking. "Ok, I'll try" and I have just been consistent(mostly). I've been most consistent with tying my hair down at night and keeping it moisturized and as tangle free as possible. It came all of a sudden and then BAM! I am now SL and shocked, excited and surprised. My hair doesn't grow especially fast, and I only tried growth aids(miconazole) for a couple of weeks and forgot about it. I try and check the boards at least once a week to stay motivated, and lurk and lurk. It just takes time. I really feel like I could actually make it to APL by end of 2013 now. I'm so happy. I hope I have no set backs, but if I do I feel secure enough with all of the inspiration and knowledge on this board that I will be okay.
