Hey ladies!

Please keep my family in your prayers, more specifically my parents. I'm the type of person who likes to see my family happy and smiling but it hurts my heart to see them down and stressed. This semester my eldest brother started medical school at St.James School of Medicine (located in Bonaire), I'm starting nursing school in the spring AND i have a sister who will be in nursing school by next spring and another brother who is also in college.

To make a LONGGG story short, my dad is working jobs around the clock and so is my mom but its still barely making it. My dad is always tired and sounds so down every time i call him and the same goes for my mom. My parents are my world and i hate to see them like this.

Anyways, please just keep my family in your prayers

...i just had to vent with you ladies, it gets crazy trying to keep a smile up in front of others IRL.

The best thing you can do is constantly show your parents how much you appreciate their hard work by staying focused and doing the best you can in school. Keep the lines of communication strong in your family and as a unit, you all can make it through.

Maybe you guys can help them out by taking extra loans next semester. On the flip side, your parents are blessed in that they raised such hard working children.

What a beautiful child you are to your parents, it's no small wonder they are doing so much for you and your brothers and sister.

I'm praying for God to give them strength to endure and favor and blessings upon each of you for grants, scholarships, and every financial blessing from the heart of God, to give your parents 'rest'.

I pray that you will be highly favored with those in authority who will see you as your mom and dad see you... worth every nickle, dollar and muscle and breath, to see to that you have life's best. And they will extend favor to you and your brothers and sister without reservations. And sweetheart, the 'money' is out there; I don't care what the economy tries to dictate; money is out there for whosoever will. It didn't disappear, nor did it evaporate. :nono: It's just in the wrong hands. And God is doing some market exchanging. For the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the 'Just'.

Jesus means what He says, "Come unto Me and I will give you Rest' ... Ask of Me and I will show you great and mighty things which you knoweth not."

In these words, God is ready to give you and your family the answers and the favor and blessings to ease the burden and will give your parents, "Rest". Praise the Name of Jesus!

In Jesus' Name, Amen and Amen. :Rose:

My Dad had 4 kids in college at once. To help them, you guys can file tax as independent so your parents are not expected to contribute. If that is not possible, make sure financial aids knows all 4 kids are in college and your Dad's contribution should be divided 4 years. make sure you understand Financial Aid and get your share.

Last but not least, your parents should count their blessings for having 4 kids in college. It may be hard making ends meet but they should be very proud of themselves and should take pride in counting the days you guys will graduate and be productive citizens.
