Can someone tell me what is ear length ?

Hey yall, (sorry so country ) lol

.. Im natural, and i have my hair braided. My goal is to have ear length hair by May 2010 , like my siggie says, anyway... i was confused about my length, my braids on the sides of my head reach my ear when i stretch it... is that ear lenght? or does the braids from the top have to reach my ear..? I can try to take a pic, if yall want . thanks.

I consider myself E/L although I am layered. When I stretch my hair it hits below my earlobe.

The pic posted by Supermodelsonya gives an accurate idea of E/L.

You can stretch your hair to find out, you don't necessarily have to straighten.

^^^ITA. Just pull your hair down and see where it ends near the ear.

Doing this with natural hair is pretty simple until you try to do this when it is shoulder length or longer. This may require some help unless you have some seriously double jointed arms and fingers.

If you stretch it past your ears I'd say you are.
