Have you ladies heard that hair loss can be caused by a lack of iodine? What do you ladies do to improve the thickness of your edges? Thanks for your help in advance, God bless : )

The best way to improve your edges is to take good care of them and don't put any stress on them. I'm trying to regrow mine too. Last year I used Nu-gro oil-free spray to try to regrow them, and they did get thicker, but I'm sure I can achieve the same results without a growth aid.

I been using pure castor oil on mine, as well as Profectiv formula for thin edges.. i love the results. so far.

I am not sure if you are relax, but what helps my edges is not relax them each time I relax so that they can always be full and since I texlax it it okay that they are still wavy. Also I use sulfur 8 grease on them and they are filling in nicely.

Great tip. I've noticed thinner edges after a relaxer. I'm stretching to 16 weeks this time and I will not be relaxing my nape or edges.
