The UPS man left my package

I am so sorry to hear that! That's why prior to me ordering anything online I try and make sure that it will not be delivered through them. If you only knew how many problems I've had with them delivering anything to me, you would not believe it.

That's ok though, because who ever took it won't have much luck in their life! Trust me on that!

f-ing thieves, why steal someones package why!!!!!

sorry this happened, hopefully the company can do something or file a complaint with ups or the better business bureau. I am always so nervous to order things for delivery.

one time my hubby had a diamond necklace mailed to our house and I wasn't there to get it, fedex left it at the door! it's like you can't go leaving people's packages like that with stuff of value wtf!

I feel your pain. But yes people steal packages. I never had a problem until the last 2 years. But call UPS to put in a claim and then contact the shipper. Some places are good and will send a new package out at no charge, but you have to contact UPS.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that!!! Can you call Fed Ex and see what they can do for you? Did you request for the package to be signed?

The UPS man left a HUGE box at my door yesterday with my hair steamer inside. He didn't even ring the door bell! Luckily I was heading out and saw it. SMH

I hate UPS!!! Just last week my husband had important business papers mailed to him from Georgia and we weren't here to recieve them so what did the guy do? Left it with our neighbor!!!Thank God it was the neighbor that we get along with...but what if it had been the other?

To combat this problem in the future I'll track my items and when I see they are close to arriving (a state away) I'll call them and pick it up.

Sorry about that. UPS left a package of mine ON THE SPRINKLERS!!!! Thank God no one took it and that my item was tightly wrapped in plastic. The whole friggin' box was soaking wet though.

Unfortunately they do:nono: Sorry this happened to you. There was a mystery woman going around stealing packages from buildings in my complex. She hit several people including the supplies for the office and a poor old guy who gets his insulin in the mail. On a lighter note, she finally got busted when my neighbors across from me planted a box full of used kitty litter wrapped in plain brown paper.:lachen:I agree you should contact the shipper and UPS.

I'm so mad for you! I don't trust my neighbors so I get everything sent to my job (fortunately all mail/packages come to my desk first).

I used to live in a shady area where I couldnt even get a newspaper delivered without it being stolen :nono: If I can't be there to pick it up, I would leave a note instructing the UPS man to return it to the office so I can pick it up or ask them to leave it in my outdoor closet. Fortunately the UPS man also knew to hide the package

I'm so sad , But I did call Vitacost that's who I ordered from and she said they would make a claim and if UPS couldn't find or provide proof of delivery to them, they would replace my stuff. Since I didn't sign for it there's no proof it was ever delivered. Should I also make a claim to UPS?

UPS JUST DID THE SAME DAMN THING WITH MY TEXT BOOKS!
They just threw my books on the steps! The same thing happened when i ordered some mac products. I came home and the package was thrown by the side of steps drenched in water from the rain! BY THE GARBAGE CAN!
I prefer FedEx. In my neighborhood all FedEx boxes require a signature so if you arent home they try again and try try try! They even give you the option of going online and tell them to hold the package until your ready!
STEP YOUR DELIVERY GAME UP UPS!

Thanks everyone because yall understand my pain esp about my beloved Aubrey's Organics HoneySuckle Rose and White Camellia I had 2 bottles of each.:nono::nono::nono::nono:

Awwww.....sorry to hear that this happened to you. I'm getting ready to move to Chicago (Southside) and am trying to figure out how I'm going to get my packages delivered to me. My aunt says that people steal packages around her neighborhood! SMDH!

It's tough out there. Back in the day (before he had direct deposit) my dad's check was stolen out the mailbox. The thief was following the USPS mail person and taking the checks out. There was a whole ring of people doing that crap. They managed to cash the checks at some rinky dink check cashing place. My daddy ran and got direct deposit after that (with his old school self).

I love my UPS people. They leave my stuff in the bushes. Sometimes they hide stuff so good that I can't find it on the first looksie. I even had one volunteer to bring a heavy package inside and up a flight of stairs. My neighborhood is so-so. I used to think it was a good neighborhood when we first moved in - until one carseat, my parking pass, one bike, and one dirtbike were stolen. Uhm, after typing that, I think we need to move. :nono:

I have not had a package taken - knock on wood. By the way, we did recover the bike and the dirtbike. I did not discover the parking pass was missing until the car got towed for not having a parking pass. Jeesh. And if somebody needed a carseat that bad they could have asked me for one. I usually keep a spare.

I'm sorry! That really sucks.
We know more than anyone how exciting it is to receive hair product packages in the mail.

May their buttcheeks fall off or chafe or become infested with fleas. I sooooo hate thieves.

I hope you are able to get things straightened out.
